Foxy Brown Brushes Off Haters At NYC Show, "You Can't Keep A Good B*tch Down"
Rapper Foxy Brown shook off her haters last night at a New York City show just days after her highly-publicized arrest on assault charges.
Performing at Times Square's B.B. King Blues Club & Grill, Foxy appeared confident despite her recent negative press.
The "Ill Na Na" rapper from Brooklyn was greeted by hundreds of fans cheering her name as she hit the stage about 11:30 p.m. at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill. "This is what we tell all the haters: You can't keep a good bitch down," she said, laughing off her arrest. "We makes bail."
The rapper performed a slew of different hit records.
Foxy Brown may be making headlines for her questionable behavior, but on Sunday she turned the focus back to her music during a rare concert at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City's Times Square. The Ill Na Na performed old-school classics such as "Hot Spot," "Get Me Home," and "Oh Yeah" with special guests Spragga Benz, Cormega and AZ.
Explicit details on the rapper's arrest were released last week.
Foxy's camp says she was minding her own business and "has never been more focused," but victim Arlene Raymond claims the rapper called her a "dirty b*tch" and then pulled up her skirt and mooned her while yelling "kiss my a**"! What does Foxy's lawyer have to say about that? "Foxy [pictured] would never lift her dress, not in a million years." It's true, only classy ladies get charged with Class E felonies.
Brown slammed the gossip and said her family has remained by her side.
"I continue to give it to GOD, I'm home baby!!!! Bum b*tches aint' stop nothin'! Sunday, LIVE on stage and I'm stuntin'!," she wrote Thursday (July 22) night.
"Brooklyn courthouse was a zoo!!! Bout' a 100 paparazzi tryna flick up Foxy! I luv u mommy, my lil' brother Mouse, my man, my girl Moni..."
"My whole family behind me! Luv yall too, thanks for the bulletproof support d*mn, yall ride harder than I thought!"
