Fergie Plans Black Eyed Peas Exit, "Things Have Gotten Really Bad With Will.i.am"

The Black Eyed Peas' Fergie is reportedly considering an exit from the multi-platinum selling pop group due to issues with Will.i.am.

According to reports, internal tension is creating a rift for Fergie.

Fergie can't stand Will.I.Am and that is one of the main reasons she wants to leave the band, a source close to them told RadarOnline.com exclusively. The other reason is she's decided she wants to have a baby! "Fergie is saying she wants out of the band and the second half of the tour isn't confirmed for early next year," the source said. "Things have gotten really bad with Will.i.Am. And it's not just Fergie who is clashing with him. So is the rest of the band. His ego is out of control."

Earlier this year, Will talked about helping make Fergie into a music star.

"A lot of time rappers have these labels and they don't let their artist become bigger than them. I've proven that's not me.Fergie is huge. When Fergie blew up she was bigger than me! I believe Kelis can do the same."

The group's latest album has remained on the sales charts for over a year.

Award-winning group Black Eyed Peas' E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies) slid four slots to No. 19 with 19,100. With 54 weeks to their name, the group's latest effort rests at 2,609,000 sold records.

Fergie has been with Black Eyed Peas for over seven years.

Along with Stefanie Ridel and fellow Kids Incorporated alum Renee Ilene Sandstrom, Ferguson formed Wild Orchid, a teen pop group that released a pair of albums during the late '90s. A few years after the group's split, Ferguson joined the Black Eyed Peas in time to record 2003's Elephunk. She became central to the group's mainstream success ("Let's Get It Started," "My Humps") and released her first solo album, The Dutchess, during September 2006.

No further details have been revealed as of now.
