Dipset leader Cam'ron's protege, Vado, has updated fans on the status of a Killa Season 2 album/film and said the projects would live up to their hype.

Vado promised the underground community would appreciate the projects.

"It's a classic, like part one," Vado revealed in an interview. "Ain't nothing changed, man. Just a different chapter. Ain't nothing changed, n*ggas just going hard. You already know, Killa Season 2 the album is crazy, movie is crazy. Remember when I told y'all in the last interview I did, I told y'all the Boss of All Bosses 2 was gonna be crazy and classic? Same sh*t. Same sh*t, we putting out classics man. Classic street sh*t. Music overall world sh*t. It don't matter...I think the summer [it's dropping.] He ain't gonna be having y'all wait too long."

Killa Season opened in the Top 5 upon its 2006 release.

Killa Season is a 2006 hip-hop album by rapper Cam'ron, released on May 16, 2006. Cam'ron was also the executive producer of the album. The album sold 112,000 in his first week, debuting at #2 on the Billboard 200.
Cam is reportedly also set for the release of his Vado-featured project, Gunz N' Butta.

Cam's biggest goal is to keep Harlem in the spotlight with dignity and honor. He is featured on every song on the album and heads in a different direction with this new movement. The first single off of Gunz N' Butta, "Clap," finds Cam'ron back to form and will hit urban radio shortly. Gunz N' Butta is slated to be released Tuesday, March 23, 2010.
Last year, Vado spoke on the feud between Cam and Jim Jones.

"Nah, nah, I ain't with all that BS man," Vado said in an interview. "Honestly, it's really no BS, it's just a family matter. That's it, all them guys is family man. You might hear people showing their emotions but at the end of the day, they family so I don't really get involved with that because really that's about being in the circle and that shouldn't be coming out the circle, but, you know how it be."
