The Game: A History Of Beef Pt.2

THE GAME VS G-UNIT (2005 - 2009)
• Cause: You start beefing with 50 Cent, naturally, you start beefing with G-Unit. Side beefs with Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, Spider Loc, and even Olivia all ensued.

The Game “The Funeral (100 Bars)”

Spider Loc “Toe Tagz”

• Effect: Game also apologized to the G-Unit members in his 50 Cent apology, but we’re guessing it’s too late for any reconciliation.

THE GAME VS JOE BUDDEN (2005 - 2008)
• Cause: It’s well known that 50 Cent doesn’t like his associates to collaborate with his enemies. When Budden tossed a jab at G-Unit and and DJ Clue tacked a Game verse on the same song, the Compton rapper dissed Joey as a sign of loyalty to his former boss.

The Game “Buddens”

Joe Budden “Game Over”

• Effect: After going back and forth for a few years, the guys squashed their beef when The Game invited Joe to perform at an LAX release party last summer.

THE GAME VS YUKMOUTH (2004 - 2007)
• Cause: The Luniz rapper already had beef with 50 Cent and G-Unit prior to Game’s rise, but when the two met at a Jadakiss release party during Game’s early days with the crew, everything was cool. Then Game dissed the Yukmouth a few months later, seemingly out of nowhere.

The Game “I Got A Million On It”

Yukmouth “Game Ova”

• Effect: A few disses and one classic video later, both emcees supposedly got on the phone and deaded the conflict.

THE GAME VS GUERILLA BLACK (2004)
• Cause: Right around the time Guerilla Black was beginning to get some attention, The Game made it a point to denounce him immediately. He claimed GB wasn’t from Compton and that his “fake Biggie” persona wouldn’t fly.

The Game calls out Guerilla Black.

Guerilla Black “400 Shots”

• Effect: Guerilla Black responded with the diss track “400 Shotz (The Funeral)” but the beef fizzled soon thereafter, along with his career.

THE GAME VS MOBB DEEP (2005)
• Cause: Naturally, The Game’s brewing problems with G-Unit led to problems with the freshly signed duo. Tensions reached a head when Mobb Deep and 50 wore “GAME OVER” t-shirts in the “Outta Control (Remix)” video. They also went at Game on the posse cut “300 Shots.”

The Game “Face Of L.A.”

G-Unit “300 Shots”

• Effect: The feud never sparked much of a response from Game aside from “Mobb Sleep” jabs on random freestyles. Snoozer.
